THE AIM
The aim of Sigma Slovakia, s.r.o. is to secure long-run, successful and complex development in the broad area of business activities. We fully realize that we can reach this goal only by satisfying the needs, requests and wishes of our customers. At the same time, we realize that our employees form the basic building block of the development of the company and therefore we constantly motivate them to fulfill this aim and we will effectively use their education, skills and experience to achieve continuous improvement of all our business activities.
THE POLICY OF QUALITY

In relation to customers to present high quality of work and willingness to fulfill the requests of the customers in full extent. At the negotiations with customers to prefer politeness, reliableness and correctness and together with the high proficiency and soundness to take care of satisfaction of our customers as the basic condition for our long-term success.

To provide high-quality services to our customers by maintaining of the high level of the organization of the work within all organizational units of the company; by constant improvement of performed activities; by exercising equal principles of proficiency, firmness, corretness and politeness which hold in relationships with customers as well as in the relationships inside the company, where the organizational units and corresponding employees become suppliers and customers to each other.

To motivate employees of the company to increase and maintain the high level of the quality of work and to prefer preventive solutions to prevent the shortcomings and discrepancies. To provide them necessary resources to achieve this aim and by continuous training also to provide them necessary skills.

- To extend the provision of the complex supplies of pumping devices in the form of turnkey solutions.
- To become one of the most important partners of industrial companies for the supplies of the pumping devices.
- To ensure the development of the management of quality with the emphasis on the growth of the professional quality of emplyees and high satisfaction of the customers.
THE GOALS OF QUALITY
The company has set the obligation for the management and employees to fullfill strategic goals for the period of the year 2007:
- continuous improvement of the satisfaction of the customers with the emphasis on the time of supplies and the completness of supplies.
- to achieve profit and continuous improvement of the financial stability of the company
- to improve profesional quality of employees by periodical trainings
